General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. General Provisions

Access to and use of this website presuppose the acceptance of the following General Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to change and update the content of the website, including policies and General Terms and Conditions,
without prior notice.

2. Products and Prices

The products displayed on the website are available only as long as stock lasts. Prices are quoted in Lei and include VAT.
Shipping costs will be shown separately in the shopping cart and on the invoice.

3. Contract Conclusion

By placing an order on the website, the customer agrees to the conclusion of a distance sales contract with the company
in accordance with OUG 34/2014.
The order confirmation by the company represents the express acceptance of the order.

4. Payment Methods

• Online payment by bank card via secure payment service providers;
• Cash on delivery (COD).

Important for orders with Cash on Delivery (COD)

For orders with Cash on Delivery, the customer fully assumes the shipping and return costs,
in case the package is refused or returned.
If the customer refuses to accept the package without an objective reason, the customer will be charged with the shipping costs for both ways.

5. Delivery of Orders

The products are delivered by partner courier services to the address specified by the customer.
The delivery time usually takes 1-5 working days, depending on product availability and destination.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Return

The customer has the right to return the ordered products within 14 calendar days from receipt
without giving any reason, according to the applicable legislation.

7. Warranty and Complaints

The sold products are subject to the statutory warranty of conformity according to Law No. 449/2003.
Complaints can be sent by e-mail to contact@letsfashion-store.ro.

8. Limitation of Liability

The company does not assume responsibility for possible display or representation errors regarding prices,
product features or product images, but will make all efforts to correct them promptly.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for the non-fulfillment of contractual obligations,
if this is due to a force majeure event according to the legal provisions.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Romanian law.
Any disputes between customers and the company will be settled amicably; if this fails, the disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Romania.
