This Return Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of the website www.letsfashion-store.ro and applies to all orders placed through our online store, operated by SC LETS FASHION DISTRIBUTION S.R.L., with its registered office in Bucharest, Sector 2, Constantin Kiritescu Street, No. 34, room no. 1, Floor 2, Ap. 3, CUI RO51109399, email: contact@letsfashion-store.ro.

1. Right of withdrawal

According to OUG 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying reasons, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at contact@letsfashion-store.ro or through a standardized form made available.

2. Return conditions

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered;
  • No products with signs of wear, scratches, hits, foreign smells are accepted;
  • Products must be in their original packaging, with all labels and accessories;
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be presented.

3. Exceptions

According to the legislation, the following product categories CANNOT be returned:

  • Personal hygiene products, cosmetics and perfumes that have been opened;
  • Products made according to the consumer's specifications or personalized;
  • Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (e.g. earrings, intimate lingerie, masks).

4. Return procedure

  1. Send a return request by email to contact@letsfashion-store.ro, mentioning the order number, products and reason for return;
  2. Package the product accordingly for transport;
  3. Ship the package by courier to the address: Bucharest, Sector 2, Constantin Kiritescu Street, No. 34, room no. 1, Floor 2, Ap. 3;
  4. Return shipping costs are borne by the client, except in situations where the delivered product was wrong or defective;
  5. After receiving and verifying the products, we will reimburse their value.

5. Refund

The refund of the amounts paid will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly requested another method.

6. Defective or wrongly delivered products

If you receive defective products or products that do not match the order, the return and transport costs will be borne entirely by us. Please notify us immediately by email.
