This Cancellation Policy regulates the rights and obligations of customers who purchase products from the website www.letsfashion-store.ro, operated by SC LETS FASHION DISTRIBUTION S.R.L., with its registered office in Bucharest, Sector 2, Strada Constantin Kiritescu, Nr. 34, room no. 1, Floor 2, Ap. 3, CUI: RO51109399, email: contact@letsfashion-store.ro.

1. Cancellation of the order before shipping

The customer has the right to request the cancellation of an order registered on the site, without any additional cost, if it has not yet been processed and handed over to the courier. For cancellation, the customer must send a notification by email to contact@letsfashion-store.ro, mentioning the order number.

2. Cancellation of the order after shipping

If the cancellation request occurs after the order has been handed over to the courier, the customer may refuse to receive the package. In this situation:

  • For orders paid online (card), the value of the products will be returned after receiving the package back to our warehouse, minus shipping costs;
  • For orders with cash on delivery (COD), the customer assumes the delivery and return costs associated with the order.

3. Personalized or sealed products

Orders containing personalized products or personal hygiene products (e.g. opened perfumes, cosmetics) cannot be canceled after shipping, except in cases of defects or non-conformities found upon delivery.

4. Cancellation procedure

  1. Send the cancellation request to contact@letsfashion-store.ro;
  2. Mention the order number and identification details;
  3. We will confirm the cancellation by email and, if applicable, we will communicate the details regarding shipping costs.

5. Refund of paid amounts

In the case of orders paid online, the refund of amounts will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days, through the same payment method used initially, except in situations where the parties agree otherwise.
